  • How much is postage? How can I get free shipping?

    For any order between 1-3 bottles, we only charge $6 flat rate per order to ship to any address in Australia. If you purchase 4 bottles or more bottles in one order, we offer free shipping.
  • If I purchase more bottles, is there any discount?

    Yes. If you buy 8 bottles or more, a discount of $4 off for every additional 4-pack you purchase will apply. For example, if you buy 8 bottles, you will get $4 off. If you buy 12 bottles, you will get $8 dollars off and so on.
  • Is there a limit to how many bottles I can order?

    In one transaction, you can order up to 24 names with 100 bottles for each name (total 2,400 bottles). If you need to order more, please contact us.
  • I have a big event. How can I place a bulk order?

    If you need to personalise more than 24 names, please contact us. We will reach out to you in 2 business days to place the order for you.
  • Can I send a pack to my friend as a gift?

    Yes. When you place the order online, you can specify a different recipient and address, and we will ship to them directly. In addition, you can also order a gift box (at $4 each) to make it even more special.
  • I’ve noticed a mistake after completing the order! Can I change my order?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the order once it’s confirmed. On the website, during the order process, there are a lot of opportunities to amend, remove and add items.

  • Delivery & Timing

  • How long will it take to get my personalised Coke?

    It will take 7-14 business days for the products to be delivered, including up to 5 business days for production and from 1 to 9 business days for shipping depending on the location of the delivery address. However, if the shipping address is in a regional area or it is peak season (eg. December leading up to Christmas), it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the delivery. If you have an urgent request and are unsure whether you’ll receive it on time, please contact us BEFORE placing the order. During the Christmas period, we will be unable to fulfill any requests between 25th Dec and 1st Jan. Any order placed during the period will be processed from 2nd Jan. Please allow for this extra lead time for the processing.
  • What if I need the bottles urgently sooner than the standard 7-14 business days?

    Unfortunately, personalisation and delivery does take time. Therefore, there is no express service available. If you need the personalised bottles urgently within the standard time range, please contact us and provide the timing and quantity BEFORE you place the order. We will respond whether we can fulfill the request or not.
  • Can I have them delivered to all locations in Australia? What about outside of Australia?

    Yes, we provide shipping to all locations in Australia that connected by the Australia Post e-parcel service. Unfortunately, we don’t provide delivery outside of Australia.
  • Can I pick my order up?

    Unfortunately, we don’t offer a pick-up service.
  • Once my order is in transit, how can I track delivery status?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email and a text message including a tracking number i.e. XR100159. You can track the status through the website of our freight provider (Australia Post e-parcel). Sometimes there may be a delay in scanning your parcel (and updating the tracking service) so please call the Australia Post customer service center if you need to discuss this with them.
    If your order is time critical for an event, please ensure you contact the freight provider once you receive your tracking details and co-ordinate delivery with them directly.
  • What happens if I’m not at home to accept delivery of my order?

    For all online orders, our freight provider (Australia Post e-parcel) will deliver during business hours only (not weekends).
    They will send you a text message to confirm the delivery timing, and you can arrange acceptance options as per the specification in the text. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be left at a nearby post office for you to pick up later.
  • Can you deliver the order on a specific date?

    We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date. Once the order is dispatched, you can track the delivery status with the freight provider (Australia Post e-parcel) using the tracking number in the shipment notification email.
  • What happens if my address is incorrect?

    If you’ve noticed that your address is incorrect, please contact us prior to your parcel being dispatched.

    In the event that the parcel delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, we are unable to redirect once this has occurred and Australia post will return the parcel to us. This can take up to 14 days. To have the product reshipped to you will incur a redelivery fee.

  • Can I put whatever I want on a Coke bottle?

    Unfortunately, some names and phrases are not allowed as they may be a trademark or deemed too socially or religiously sensitive to print on a Coke bottle.
  • Can I put names in different alphabets / emojis / symbols?

    Unfortunately, special symbols and emojis are not allowed. Only letters, apostrophes and hyphens are available.
  • I had successfully placed an order, but after that, I received an email suggesting the name requested was not approved. What happened?

    Your requested name has been sent for individual moderation. During this process, we will double-check if the name is permissible. In the rare case that the name is a trademark or deemed too socially or religiously sensitive to print on a Coke bottle, we will send you an email to advise a change in the request, or to arrange a refund.

  • How can I place a return or get a refund?

    We want you to love your personalised Coke bottles. We generally do NOT accept returns on personalised products unless there is a quality issue (e.g. wrong products, misplaced labels, wrong name printed etc). In the rare case that happens, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt.
  • How can I pay?

    We accept Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards.
  • Is entering my Credit Card details online safe?

    All payments made for our products over the Internet are processed through a secure server, which means that your card details are specially encrypted before we send them to our payment provider. You will find BREWTOPIA as the vendor name in your card transaction statement. Check out our Privacy Policy if you’d like to find out more.
  • How can I get an invoice?

    Your invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email.

  • Lost or Damaged goods

    For lost orders, please contact the freight provider (Australia Post e-parcel) with the number listed in your shipping notification email. If you are unsatisfied with their response, please contact us.

    We are very sorry to hear that. Please contact us and provide your order number, an image of the damaged goods and the name on the bottle. We will arrange re-shipping to you as soon as possible.

    You can find a range of names on various Coke products in retail stores around the country. If you can’t find your name in store, you can visit our e-commerce site (shareacoke.coca-cola.com.au) and personalise your bottle. The product will be delivered to you directly.
  • Can I get these bottles in stores?

    The personalised glass bottles are made to order and we are pleased to offer these bottles exclusively online.
  • What pack sizes of Coke are available to put my name on?

    The iconic Coke 330ml glass Contour Bottle is available to put your name on.
  • Is this for all Coke like Diet Coke or just Coke Classic?

    Coke Classic, Coke No Sugar and Diet Coke are available to personalise your name.
  • Why are these bottles more expensive than normal Coke glass bottles?

    The personalised bottles are made to order according to your unique name or phrase. This personalisation makes the bottles more expensive to produce than normal Coke glass bottles.
  • What is the shelf life of the products?

    The personalised Coke bottle has the same shelf life as the Coke you usually drink. It is 12 months for Coca-Cola Classic, 6 months for Coca-Cola No Sugar and Diet Coke. Once you receive the products, you can also find the best before date on the neck of bottle.

  • What is Share a Coke with Alexa?

    Coca-Cola Australia is partnering with Amazon’s virtual assistant Alexa, to run a promotion to allow more Aussies to share a Coke this summer. Anyone in Australia can use their Alexa to activate the ‘Share a Coke’ function to get a free personalised bottle of Coca-Cola (a maximum total of 6,000 coupon codes available, a limit of 5 coupons per customer).
  • When is the promotion available?

    The promotion starts at 12:01AM on 29 January 2020 and ends at 11:59PM on 4 February 2020. All coupons must be redeemed by 29 February 2020.
  • How does it work exactly?

    First, you need to download ‘Share a Coke with Alexa’ to your voice device from the Amazon website.

    Then, when you ask ‘Alexa, let’s Share a Coke’, you will be asked to provide your mobile number in order to send you the coupon code with a link. With the coupon, the first Share a Coke bottle ordered via Alexa plus delivery is free.

    Click the link to go to the Share a Coke website to personalise a Coke for yourself or a friend. $12 will be automatically deducted at checkout to cover the charge of one personalised bottle and shipping fee, therefore this bottle is free of charge.

    You can also ask for ‘help’ when launching ‘Share a Coke with Alexa’ skill. Alexa will talk you through how to order your personalised Share a Coke glass bottle.
  • Is there any limit on the number of coupons I can get?

    Yes, there is a limit of 5 coupon codes for each Alexa device ID, and a limit of 5 coupon codes for each mobile phone number.
  • How many coupons do you offer in total during the promotion?

    There is a maximum total of 6,000 coupon codes available for redemption during the promotion, on a first come, first served basis. A limit of 5 coupons per customer apply.
  • I don’t have Alexa but I have other voice devices at home. Am I eligible to this promotion?

    This promotion is exclusive to Alexa.
  • When will my coupons expire?

    Yes, you can purchase additional personalised Coca-Cola products in the same order at your own cost. When you enter your coupon code $12, being the cost of one personalised Coca-Cola bottle plus domestic shipping, will be deducted from your total order cost at checkout.
